A2Z Non-VoIP Automation Platform

SaaS Platform Telecommunications Python & FastAPI Live Production
A2Z Non-VoIP Automation Platform

Project Overview

The A2Z Non-VoIP Automation Platform is an enterprise-grade SMS verification and dynamic carrier routing infrastructure. Engineered for mission-critical reliability, it handles automated API dispatch, balance management, webhook callback processing, and load-balanced proxy allocation with sub-second response times.

Built to support high-throughput phone verification requests, the platform integrates multiple upstream telecommunication carriers, automatically failing over to secondary carrier pools when latency or delivery drops occur, ensuring 99.9% SMS delivery success rates.

What This System Gives To The User & Business

✓

Real Non-VoIP Number Verification

Users acquire real mobile numbers from top-tier carriers, ensuring 99.9% OTP acceptance across platforms that reject virtual VoIP numbers.

✓

Automated Multi-Carrier Failover

If an upstream provider experiences downtime, the routing engine instantly switches to healthy carrier endpoints without user disruption.

✓

Instant Webhook Delivery

Verification codes and carrier status changes are dispatched via low-latency webhooks and live web dashboard feeds.

✓

Developer REST API & SDK

Full REST API access with API keys, automated balance ledgers, and rate-limited endpoints for programmatic integration.

✓

Automated Balance & Usage Accounting

Real-time billing ledger tracking per-SMS charges, automatic refunds for expired numbers, and audit reporting.

Languages & Codebase Breakdown

Python (Asyncio) 65%

FastAPI backend, async carrier routing, proxy management, and webhook dispatch

SQL & PostgreSQL 20%

Multi-tenant carrier ledgers, phone number reservations, and state machines

Shell & Docker 15%

Redis token-bucket rate limiters, proxy load balancers, and container orchestration

⚠ The Challenge

Managing unreliable carrier networks, carrier rate limits, and multi-user balance reconciliation across concurrent SMS requests without dropping verification codes or experiencing database deadlocks.

✓ The Solution

Designed an asynchronous FastAPI routing daemon backed by Redis token-bucket rate limiters and PostgreSQL strict transaction isolation. Implemented dynamic proxy rotators and instant asynchronous webhook callbacks.
